dc.description.abstract | El estudio de caso se titula "Plan estratégico de marketing para la comercialización y fidelización de clientes de la empresa “Eurocréditos” de la Parroquia Moraspungo, Cantón Pangua en el período 2023" tuvo como objetivo analizar la situación actual de la empresa Eurocréditos acerca del plan estratégico de marketing que utilizan para mejorar la comercialización y fidelización de clientes en la empresa ya que se evidencia un estancamiento en el crecimiento de la cartera de clientes y en el flujo económico de la misma, para la recolección de información se utilizó la técnica de entrevista a través de un cuestionario, la misma que fue aplicada al gerente de la empresa, en donde como resultados se evidencio que la empresa está realizando todos los esfuerzos necesarios para el éxito de la empresa, sin embargo las distintas estrategias no están funcionando de manera efectiva, por ende se requiere una evaluación exhaustiva de la situación actual de la empresa para identificar las deficiencias en las estrategias de marketing y proponer soluciones efectivas para mejorar la comercialización y fidelización de los clientes, dentro del plan estratégico de marketing debe considerar ciertos aspectos para asegurar que se cumplan con los objetivos establecidos. | es_ES |
