| dc.description | This case study work was carried out with the purpose of carrying out a comparative study between ISS and APACHE web servers. Where it is necessary to evaluate the requirements, the performance of web servers is highly variable due to different configurations, web servers are programmed to have the highest possible levels of performance, whose methodology was descriptive whose purpose is to describe these two servers of this type Research is used to collect information and data that describe a specific event, situation, or group of people. Mixed design was also applied as both qualitative and quantitative methods will be used where the former is used to provide a detailed and comprehensive understanding of the research topic. The population in this work is 802 and through the statistical formula the result was 260 people to survey, three questions were applied to know the way of using ISS and APACHE from the point of view of the students. Comparisons of the advantages and disadvantages of the two web servers were made, measured in terms of response time, performance and availability, response time refers to the time it takes for the server to respond to a request from a user. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo de estudio de caso se realizó con la finalidad de realizar un estudio comparativo entre los servidores web ISS y APACHE. Donde es preciso evaluar los requerimientos, el rendimiento de los servidores web es muy variable debido a las diferentes configuraciones, los servidores web son programados para tener los más altos niveles de rendimiento posibles,Cuya metodología fue descriptiva cuyo fin es describir estos dos servidores este tipo de investigación se utiliza para recopilar información y datos que describen un evento, una situación o un grupo de personas específico. También se aplicó el diseño mixto ya que se usarán tanto métodos cualitativos como cuantitativos en donde el primero se utilizan para proporcionar una comprensión detallada y completa del tema de investigación. La población en este trabajo es de 802 y a través de la formula estadística salió como resultado 260 personas a encuestar se aplicó tres preguntas para conocer el modo de uso de ISS y APACHE de parte del punto de vista de los estudiantes. Se realizaron comparaciones de ventajas y desventajas de los dos servidores web, medir en términos de tiempo de respuesta, rendimiento y disponibilidad, el tiempo de respuesta se refiere al tiempo que tarda el servidor en responder a una solicitud de un usuario. | es_ES |
