dc.description | Preeclampsia is a public health problem due to the high maternal morbidity and mortality worldwide. However, the disproportionate impact of this pathology affects developing countries. The importance of preeclampsia for public health justifies this study. Preeclampsia is the second leading cause of maternal and fetal morbidity and mortality, so it is important to recognize the risk factors that predispose to this condition and highlight the most common risk factors, as this will help us understand it. Early diagnosis and timely care reduce maternal and fetal morbidity and mortality. This study helps to understand the predisposing risk factors for this pathology and allows us to identify the importance of prenatal control and for a better understanding we will do it through a case study of a 36-week pregnant woman with severe preeclampsia, where we will present the different decisions made. by doctors for their management and the role of nursing will be highlighted in terms of their care for the restoration of their health and to be able to reach the term of their pregnancy. | es_ES |

| es_ES |
