Oligohydramnios is an obstetric complication associated with risk of morbidity and mortality in newborns, and the most common adverse outcomes that have evidence have been reported for investigation causing a decrease in Apgar score in newborns with intrauterine meconium, abnormal heart rate, sepsis of the newborn admitted to perinatal intensive care (Meler, 2020). The development of the clinical case is based on a 25-week-gestational woman who had a severe complication of oligohydramnios. This pathology is associated with complications that put fetal integrity at risk, as well as the maternal condition; The conceptualization of the disease implies a decrease in amniotic fluid and its diagnosis depends on different criteria used for its amount. Through this research, I want to promote the importance of prenatal care performed early and month by month to identify risk factors that can put the pregnancy at risk in order to provide adequate obstetric management.es_ES
