| dc.description | Fournier's gangrene can be defined as a necrotizing aerobic and anaerobic polymicrobial of the genital area, which affects newborns to the elderly. Fournier have underlying systemic disease, most of which are: diabetes and chronic alcoholism (Egas, 2019). The objective of the clinical case is to apply the nursing process to the young adult patient diagnosed with Fournier, admitted to the general surgery service of the General Hospital Guasmo Sur. The application of the nursing process in patients with Fournier's gangrene guarantees the recovery and improvement of the quality of health of patients suffering from the disease, it is recognized as a central guide for the nursing professional to provide care with a methodology, through of the international language NANDA, NOC, NIC. For successful implementation, the development of technical intellectual and interpersonal skills is required, in addition to the application of reflection, which is a strength in the nursing profession. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La gangrena de Fournier se puede definir como un polimicrobiano aeróbico y anaeróbico necrosante del área genital, que afecta desde recién nacidos hasta ancianos. Fournier tienen una enfermedad sistémica subyacente, la mayoría de las cuales son: diabetes y alcoholismo crónico (Egas, 2019). El caso clínico tiene como objetivo aplicar el proceso de enfermería al paciente adulto joven con diagnóstico de Fournier, internado en el servicio de cirugía general del Hospital General Guasmo Sur. La aplicación del proceso de enfermería en pacientes con gangrena de Fournier garantiza la recuperación y mejora de la calidad de salud de los pacientes que padecen la enfermedad, es reconocida como una guía central para la profesional de enfermería para brindar cuidado con una metodología, a través del lenguaje internacional NANDA, NOC, NIC. Para una implementación exitosa, se requiere el desarrollo de habilidades técnicas intelectuales e interpersonales, además de la aplicación de la reflexión, que es una fortaleza en la profesión de enfermería. | es_ES |
