dc.description | The objective of this experimental work is to analyze the behavior of monocytes in bovines using an unconventional technique in Veterinary Medicine and Zootechnics (autohemotherapy) working with doses of 15 and 20 ml for 5 weeks at the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences of the Technical University of Babahoyo, 7½ km from Vía Montalvo in the province of Los Ríos.
Treatment 1 (15 ml): Start with a value of 0.33 ul, after 24 hours, it increased to 0.38, having this value as the best mean, compared to the other tests.
Treatment 2 (20ml): Based on test 0; Bone before treatment started with 0.24 ul, but after 24 hours of treatment with autologous blood it increased to 0.34, thus having an increase of 0.10ul.
In summary, it is suggested to use the 15 ml dose since in this experimental work it showed the best average in bovine females of the Faciag - UTB. | es_ES |

| es_ES |
