dc.description | The present investigation which was carried out at the Hospivet Babahoyo veterinary clinic where the investigation of autohemotherapy was given in doses of different intervals, this investigation was given in order to test if it carried out with hematological changes in patients, mainly if they developed any alteration. in Neutrophils cells that are part of the first lines of defenses when some type of foreign organism is present in the body.
For this study, the treatment was carried out in 10 patients, which were worked in different doses of 3 ml and 5 ml, which consisted of the self-application of their own blood, where after twenty-four hours the blood extraction from the vein would be carried out again. cephalic, an amount of 1 ml to be placed in the EDTA tube (ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid) to be taken to the laboratory where the automated test will be performed using a hematology counter which will give us a value of the blood cells found in the blood.
Autohemotherapy is nothing more than the technique of applying your own blood, this allows us to carry out a homeopathic treatment which is carried out by extracting your own blood, in this case 5 and 3 ml of blood from the dog, which is reinoculated. in it via IM.
For the statistical analysis of the data, the Tukey test was used at 5% significance. The results were analyzed by analysis of variance in a statistical program infoSta.
The average percentage of neutrophils in dogs treated with the 5ml dose in the first week was (10.09%) in week 2 was (9.72%), week 3 (9.63) week 4 (8.31%) and in week 5 (8.66%). And in the 3 ml dose the results in the weeks were this week 1 (9.32%) week 2 (9.55%) in week 3 (8.23%) week 4 (8.64%) and in week 5 (6.90%). | es_ES |

| es_ES |
