| dc.description.abstract | En el periodo 2021 el presupuesto del GAD Municipal Las Naves se vio afectado por la emergencia sanitaria que estuvo pasando el país debido al COVID 19, de esta forma el Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas distribuyo los recursos necesarios para solventar esta situación por lo que los GAD Municipales y Parroquiales no recibieron el presupuesto que les correspondía durante el período, es por ello que hemos realizado este estudio de caso para poder analizar la gestión presupuestaria del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Las Naves para conocer más a fondo como se manejó la disminución del presupuesto, cuáles han sido los cambios que se generaron en cuanto a las funciones, planificaciones, políticas y proyectos que el GAD tenía previsto para este periodo. | es_ES |
