| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso se fundamenta en el análisis de los costos y gastos del laboratorio clínico Grusepe S.A. el mismo que se encuentra domiciliado en el cantón Babahoyo, provincia de Los Ríos, y que busca solventar las dudas en cuanto a las definiciones de costos y gastos en una organización, además de detallar la importancia de la toma de decisiones en el proceso administrativo, basada en los resultados que se reflejan en el estado financiero de pérdidas y ganancias, con relación a los ingresos y egresos que tiene la empresa en el primer semestre del 2022, evaluando las estrategias empleadas durante ese lapso de tiempo y dando a conocer un análisis racional que permita a la institución revisar en donde puede mejorar y llevar a cabo estos planes para incrementar la utilidad al finalizar el periodo estudiado. | es_ES |
