dc.descriptionAbortion situations in women frequently occur when this is the first time they get pregnant, one of the biggest risk factors is changes in their mental health, these changes happen prior to the situation of loss. Existing changes or alterations in mental health in a woman are frequently debated in the scientific community, since researchers maintain that the existence of psychological problems is the cause of loss during pregnancy. Women who go through this situation suffer repercussions because of feeling guilty or for reasons external to them, to analyze these changes in the patient's mental health, a notorious investigation is made from different sources on the subject, in the same way to obtain the criteria of other investigators to have departure from the diagnostic criteria. The American Psychological Association in its diagnostic manual DSM-V summarizes the psychopathologies of depression and other feelings. To address this issue, what a 20-year-old young adult felt, who had undergone an abortion in the first months of pregnancy, was previously evaluated, considering that prior to the event she had already experienced changes in her mental health due to concern about the situation of their families and about their future. Then, through the evaluation during several appointments with the patient, the necessary information was collected to corroborate the investigation, the data that revealed their state and level of depression and other recurrent feelings due to the abortion.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLas situaciones de aborto en mujeres se dan frecuentemente cuando esta es la primera ocasión en la que se embaraza, uno de los mayores factores de riesgos son los cambios en su salud mental, estos cambios suceden previamente a la situación de perdida. Los existentes cambios o alteraciones de la salud mental en una mujer son de debate frecuente en la comunidad científica, puesto que investigadores sostienen que la existencia de problemas psicológicos es causante de la perdida durante la gestación. Las mujeres que pasan por esta situación sufren repercusiones a causa de sentirse culpables o por razones externas a ellas, para analizar estos cambios de la salud mental de la paciente se hace una notoria investigación de distintas fuentes sobre el tema, del mismo modo obtener los criterios de otros investigadores para tener partida de los criterios diagnósticos. La Asociación Americana de psicólogos en su manual de diagnóstico DSM-V señala de forma resumida las psicopatologías de la depresión y otros sentimientos. Para abordar este tema de estudio se evaluó previamente lo que sentía una joven adulta de 20 años, quien había atravesado un aborto en los primeros meses de embarazo, considerando que anterior al suceso ya experimentaba cambios en su salud mental debido a la preocupación por la situación de sus familiares y sobre su futuro. Entonces, mediante la evaluación durante varias citas con la paciente se recabo información necesaria para corroborar la investigación, datos que daban a conocer su estado y nivel de depresión y otros sentimientos recurrentes a causa del aborto.es_ES
