| dc.description | The cycle of adolescence is classified according to the ages between 10 and 19 years, this transformation occurs between childhood and youth, the changes at the physical, mental, affective, social and spiritual levels are decisive, there is an estimate of 30% that adolescents have some disorder at the mental level. Many of these adolescents do not have a diagnosis and therefore no treatment. Through this case study, it is proposed to analyze the Anxiety and the level of Stress of a 19-year-old from the Atacames canton due to the return to classes after a pandemic that was worldwide, this research is carried out through face-to-face interaction with the patient and was fulfilled with the help of mixed research, that is, documentary and field research, using useful techniques for collecting information, in addition to verifying the hypotheses raised at the beginning of the project and its objectives to be met. With the help of the Beck Anxiety Inventory, the Plutchik Suicide Risk Scale (Risk of Suicide, RS), the Stress Test and the DSM-5 criteria, the patient is diagnosed: 300.02 (f41.1) Generalized anxiety disorder. | dc.description.abstract | El ciclo de la adolescencia está clasificada acorde a las edades entre 10 y 19 años esta transformación se da entre la infancia y la juventud es determinante los cambios a nivel físico, mental, afectivo, social y espiritual, existe una estimación del 30% de que los adolescentes poseen algún desorden a nivel mental. Muchos de estos adolescentes no poseen un diagnóstico y por ende ningún tratamiento. Mediante este estudio de caso se plantea analizar la Ansiedad y el nivel de Estrés de un joven de 19 años del cantón Atacames por el retorno a clases posterior a una pandemia que fue a nivel mundial, dicha investigación se realiza por medio de la interacción presencial con el paciente y se cumplió con ayuda de la investigación mixta es decir documental y de campo haciendo uso de técnicas útiles para la recopilación de la información, además de la verificación de hipótesis planteadas en el inicio del proyecto y de sus objetivos a cumplir. Con ayuda del Inventario de Ansiedad de Beck, Escala de Riesgo Suicida de Plutchik (Risk of Suicide, RS), del Test de Estrés y los criterios del DSM- 5 se diagnostica al paciente: 300.02 (f41.1) Trastorno de ansiedad generalizada.
