dc.description | In recent years, Quevedo has become a benchmark for tourist attractions to be visited, its development and productive growth has influenced more investors to capitalize on projects that in the future are postulated as prosperous businesses with profitable profit margins. The objective of this research is to analyze the use of customer service strategies of the river route tourist destination in the city of Quevedo. The tourist demand presented by the canton has been perfected in a vertiginous way, due to its various natural attractions and tourist activities that take place on the river route. dc.description.abstract | En los últimos años, Quevedo se ha convertido en un referente de atractivos turísticos para ser visitado, su desarrollo y crecimiento productivo ha influido para que más inversionistas deseen capitalizar proyectos que a futuro se postulan como prósperos negocios con márgenes de utilidad rentable. El objetivo de la presente investigación es Analizar el empleo de estrategias de atención al cliente del destino turístico ruta del rio de la cuidad de Quevedo. La demanda turística que presenta el cantón se ha perfeccionado de una forma vertiginosa, debido a sus diversos atractivos naturales y actividades turísticas que se desarrollan, en la ruta del río. Para la elaboración del proyecto de estudio se empleó, lo métodos y tipos de investigación descriptivos, explicativos, analíticos desde un enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo, porque evalúa los datos y características de estrategias de atención al cliente, concluyendo que es necesario aplicar estrategias de atención al cliente en los emprendimientos que se desarrollan en el sitio como capacitación para los dueños y colaboradores de los establecimientos, amabilidad, empatía, incorporar servicios tecnológicos, crear perfiles en las redes sociales incentivando que los turistas se sientan atraído en visitar el lugar. | es_ES |
