The results of applying the research instruments are represented in a tabular and graphical way, which indicate that most of them know and practice assertiveness, but the other part does not apply assertiveness in their classroom, either for fear of expressing themselves. dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto de investigación se realizó en la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo, extensión Quevedo, que tiene como finalidad analizar la influencia de la asertividad comunicacional en el proceso de aprendizaje de los estudiantes, crear buenas relaciones interpersonales, promover buenas conductas y valores dentro del aula, con el fin de trabajar en un ambiente agradable que genere confianza. Los tipos de investigación fueron de campo y bibliográfica; el método a utilizar fue inductivo. El instrumento que se utilizó en la investigación fue una encuesta dirigida a los estudiantes y docentes; un test de asertividad de Rathus a los estudiantes para evaluar la conducta asertiva en diferentes situaciones que se presenten. Los resultados de aplicar los instrumentos de investigación se representan de manera tabular y gráfica, lo cuales indican que en su mayoría conocen y practican las asertividad, pero la otra parte no aplica la asertividad en su aula, ya sea por miedo a expresarse. Por ello se creó una guía informativa de la asertividad comunicacional, para mantener a todos los miembros del proceso de aprendizaje informados de dicha comunicación.es_ES
