| dc.description.abstract | La discapacidad es un tema que actualmente se encuentra en auge, debido a que los últimos gobiernos que han tenido el país han trabajado por la inclusión laboral de las personas con discapacidad, tomando en cuenta que los perjuicios de la sociedad crean barreras en el desarrollo laboral de estas personas. Esta investigación se llevó a cabo en los medios de comunicación de la ciudad de Quevedo Provincia de los Ríos, para verificar si ellos actualmente tienen laborando profesionales de la comunicación social con discapacidad, y servirá para analizar si cumplen con la integración y protección de estas personas como la ley lo estipula con la finalidad de mejorar su ámbito profesional.
