dc.descriptionIn the present work, the way in which social networks affect the cultural identity of adolescents from the Viva Alfaro parish in the Quevedo canton was evaluated. For this, a diagnosis of the perceptions of adolescents was carried out, identification of the current conditions of interaction between adolescents and digital media, and development of a digital campaign to promote the protection of youth cultural identity on the importance of sharing in family or perform physical activities; In addition, a study was carried out in adolescents from the "Viva Alfaro" sector. Among the methods applied, information was collected from bibliographic sources, theories related to communication and the influence of digital media in the cultural field. Surveys were conducted, aimed at 30 adolescents aged 10 to 15 years, structured with multiple choice questions. The survey data was tabulated and processed using descriptive statistics using a sample group of young people from the Viva Alfaro sector to obtain qualitative analysis. As a result of the survey, it can be determined that adolescents who make intensive use of digital media are aware that they have different options, such as: blogs, websites and social networks, which leads to worrying conclusions, such as the use of digital media. intensive digital Based on their opinions of the reason why they spend the most time on social networks, 5% of young people between the ages of 10 and 11 were for homework, 10% of young people between the ages of 12 and 15 for video games, and 15% % among the majorities were ladies for chats. dc.description.abstractEn el presente trabajo se evaluó la manera en cómo afectan las redes sociales en la identidad cultural de los adolescentes de la parroquia Viva Alfaro del cantón Quevedo. Para ello, se realizó un diagnóstico de las percepciones de los adolescentes, identificación de las condiciones actuales de interacción entre los adolescentes y los medios digitales, y elaboración de una campaña digital para promover la protección de la identidad cultural juvenil sobre la importancia de compartir en familia o realizar actividades físicas; además, se realizó un estudio en adolescentes del sector "Viva Alfaro". Entre los métodos aplicados se recopiló información de fuentes bibliográficas teorías relacionadas con la comunicación y la influencia con los medios digitales en ámbito cultural. Se realizó encuestas, dirigida a 30 adolescentes de 10 a 15 años, se estructuró con preguntas de opción múltiple. Los datos de la encuesta se tabularon y procesaron utilizando estadísticas descriptivas utilizando un grupo muestral de jóvenes del sector Viva Alfaro para obtener análisis cualitativos. Como resultado de la encuesta se puede determinar que los adolescentes que hacen un uso intensivo de los medios digitales son conscientes que tienen diferentes opciones, tales como: blogs, sitios web y redes sociales, lo que lleva a conclusiones preocupantes, como el uso de medios digitales intensivo. En base a sus opiniones del motivo por el cual pasan el mayor tiempo en redes sociales el5% de los jóvenes en edades de 10 y 11 años fue por tareas, el 10% de los jóvenes con edades de 12 a 15 por videojuegos y el 15% entre las mayorías fueron señoritas por chats. En cuanto a la identidad cultural, se puede observar que los medios digitales influyen significativamente en los cambios en los valores morales y éticos de los adolescentes y sus tradiciones; porque es evidente que los jóvenes le dan más importancia a los medios digitales y se recomienda que los padres no sean tan permisivos y vigilen el uso de las redes sociales.es_ES
