dc.description | The case study called: “Analysis of the use of the infographics of the newspaper El Universo in 2022, has as a general objective: to analyze the use of the infographics of the newspaper El Universo and its impact on readers in the year 2022; In it, the descriptive method and techniques for obtaining information such as documentary analysis were used to determine the theory of recognized authors that help to understand the subject; In the same way, the content analysis of the infographics presented during the year 2022 was used; regarding the fundamental elements that they must meet to be of quality; Likewise, two experts in social communication were interviewed, from the information obtained precise data were obtained that led to results such as: the infographics presented by Diario El Universo during 2022 have been valued as high quality by readers because they meet with the expected parameters of a company like El Universo, regarding the organization of content, quality of information, individuality, so they generate a positive impact on the reading community, so they tend to share them on their social networks, a situation that helps to improve communication systems. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El estudio de caso denominado: “Análisis del uso de las infografías del diario El Universo en el 2022, tiene como objetivo general: analizar el uso de la infografía del diario El Universo y su impacto en los lectores en el año 2022; en él se empleó el método descriptivo y técnicas de obtención de información tales como análisis documental para determinar la teoría de autores reconocidos que ayude a la comprensión del tema; de la misma forma se utilizó el análisis de contenidos de las infografías presentadas durante el año 2022; respecto a los elementos fundamentales que deben de reunir para ser de calidad; así mismo se entrevistó a dos expertos en comunicación social, de la información obtenida se obtuvieron datos precisos que llevaron a resultados tales como: las infografías que presenta Diario El Universo durante el 2022 han sido valoradas como de alta calidad por los lectores debido a que cumplen con los parámetros esperados de una empresa como El Universo, respecto a la organización del contenido, calidad de información, individualidad, por lo que generan un impacto positivo en la comunidad lectora, por lo que tienden a compartirlas en sus redes sociales, situación que ayuda a mejorar los sistemas de comunicación. | es_ES |
