dc.description.abstract | El presente Estudio de Caso se realizó en el Supermercado Escobar Maliza Sucomesco S.A. del Cantón Vínces, cuya finalidad es analizar la Gestión de Talento humano para mejorar las funciones administrativas y el rendimiento de los colaboradores, potenciando a la competitividad en el mercado. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo ofrecer conocimientos sobre los procesos de gestión de talento humano para que aporten a la mejora de su funcionamiento, así como también la importancia de ofrecer los colaboradores las herramientas y conocimientos necesarios mediante los programas de capacitación y entrenamiento para de que esta manera desarrollen y fomenten sus habilidades de acuerdo a lo que la empresa necesite, siendo un factor muy importante para brindar a los clientes un servicio de calidad en el Supermercado Escobar Maliza Sucomesco S.A.
