dc.description.abstractEl presente Estudio de Caso se realizó en el Supermercado Escobar Maliza Sucomesco S.A. del Cantón Vínces, cuya finalidad es analizar la Gestión de Talento humano para mejorar las funciones administrativas y el rendimiento de los colaboradores, potenciando a la competitividad en el mercado. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo ofrecer conocimientos sobre los procesos de gestión de talento humano para que aporten a la mejora de su funcionamiento, así como también la importancia de ofrecer los colaboradores las herramientas y conocimientos necesarios mediante los programas de capacitación y entrenamiento para de que esta manera desarrollen y fomenten sus habilidades de acuerdo a lo que la empresa necesite, siendo un factor muy importante para brindar a los clientes un servicio de calidad en el Supermercado Escobar Maliza Sucomesco S.A. Para obtener información en este trabajo se realizó encuestas y entrevistas que facilitaran a la solución oportuna del problema objeto en estudio.es_ES
