dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de este trabajo es analizar el proceso de liderazgo en la Cooperativa de Transporte Urbano “Fluminense” en el período 2021, teniendo en cuenta que el líder es fundamental para la empresa porque es la persona más capacitada en cuanto a la formación y el compromiso con sus funciones. Para conocer los problemas que se presenten en la empresa, lo cual nos permitió realizar una entrevista al personal administrativo, para obtener la información necesaria al momento de dar un correcto análisis. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran que una de las causas es la inexistencia de un óptimo liderazgo en el entorno laboral, debido a que el gerente no cumple con la característica de un buen líder, lo que ocasiona al momento de coordinar con las respetivas actividades que se presentan en la cooperativa.es_ES
