dc.description.abstract | En el presente caso se basa en la gestión del reclutamiento en diferentes áreas de la empresa ACPOWER S.A. de la ciudad de Santa Elena, la cual es una empresa de carácter privado que está encargada de la elección implementaciones, planes, mantenimientos eléctricos entre otros en la ciudad de Santa Elena. De tal manera que los principales problemas que presenta la empresa son: insuficiencia de comunicación dentro de los departamentos de la empresa, ineficaz proceso de reclutamiento del personal.
