This case study is aimed at determining the main variables that cause the inadequate management of personnel recruitment in the company ACEPOWER S.A. using this research technique which is an interview with the company's staff, so that in this way the results obtained indicate that a better recruitment process should be implemented, thus carrying out the proper training, the proper evaluations of the new recruits and those who are already in the company,es_ES

dc.description.abstractEn el presente caso se basa en la gestión del reclutamiento en diferentes áreas de la empresa ACPOWER S.A. de la ciudad de Santa Elena, la cual es una empresa de carácter privado que está encargada de la elección implementaciones, planes, mantenimientos eléctricos entre otros en la ciudad de Santa Elena. De tal manera que los principales problemas que presenta la empresa son: insuficiencia de comunicación dentro de los departamentos de la empresa, ineficaz proceso de reclutamiento del personal. Este estudio de caso está encaminado a determinar las variables principales que originan la inadecuada gestión del reclutamiento del personal en la empresa ACEPOWER S.A. utilizando esta técnica de investigación la cual es una entrevista al personal de la empresa , para que de este modo los resultados que se obtengan denoten que se debe implementar un mejor proceso de reclutamiento , efectuar así las debidas capacitaciones , las debidas evaluaciones a los nuevos reclutas y a los que ya están en la empresa,es_ES
