| dc.description | The present clinical case is about Oxygen Therapy in an 80-year-old male patient with respiratory failure due to COVID19. The objective of the research will be to identify the clinical manifestations of acute respiratory failure in patients over 65 years of age and the correct management of oxygen therapy. The results obtained during the research process were: acute respiratory failure is a pathology that increases in severity in patients over 65 years of age, being an infectious disease which directly affects the respiratory system. The conclusion of the study is that a recovery was achieved in the patient applying the appropriate techniques of oxygen therapy. | es_ES |

El objetivo de la investigación será Identificar las manifestaciones clínicas de la Insuficiencia respiratoria aguda en pacientes mayores de 65 años y el manejo correcto de la oxigenoterapia. Los resultados obtenidos durante el proceso de investigación fueron: la insuficiencia respiratoria aguda es una patología que se incrementa su gravedad en pacientes mayores de 65 años siendo una enfermedad infecciosa la cual afecta directamente a sistema respiratorio. La conclusión del estudio es que se logró una recuperación en el paciente aplicando las técnicas apropiadas de oxigenoterapia. | es_ES |
