This entity was chosen for the object of study of the topic: “Budget Control of the Expenditures of the Autonomous Decentralized Rural Parroquial Government of General Vernaza – period 2021”. The topic arises because it is necessary to know and keep track of everything that constitutes the budget since it becomes an important factor, it is a tool that helps the correct planning and control of resources. The research is contextualized under the subline of the Accounting and Auditing career: Financial Management and Social Commitment with the aim of analyzing whether the budgetary control of the Expenditures of the GAD Parroquial Rural of General Vernaza in the period 2021, with the help of the inductive-deductive methodology and the interview and observation technique. It is obtained as a result through the research topic that the budget was made in a 62,58% of the total. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El GAD Parroquial de General Vernaza es una entidad independiente que pertenece al sector público, que debe velar, brindar servicios que ayuden y satisfagan las necesidades de todos los ciudadanos que pertenecen a la parroquia. Se escogió a esta entidad para objeto de estudio del tema: “Control Presupuestario de los Gastos del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial Rural de General Vernaza – Periodo 2021”. La indagación nace considerando que se necesita conocer y llevar un control de todo lo que constituye el presupuesto en vista de que se convierte en un factor importante, es una herramienta la cual ayuda a la correcta planificación y control de los recursos. La investigación se contextualiza bajo la sublínea de la carrera de Contabilidad y Auditoría: Gestión Financiera y Compromiso Social con el objetivo de analizar si se está realizando el control presupuestario de los Gastos del GAD Parroquial Rural General Vernaza en el período 2021, con la ayuda de la metodología inductiva-deductiva, la técnica de la entrevista y la observación.
