| dc.description | The Rural Parochial GAD of Pimocha, is a Decentralized Autonomous Government, whose primary objective is to promote the sustainable development of its society, guaranteeing an optimization in the lifestyle of each individual. The budget appears as one of the main axes, for the fulfillment of its purposes, which was highly damaged due to the health crisis in 2020, suffering such a severe effect that it had to be limited to cover the requests it had. of the health sector, since it was the area that was mostly compromised. hrough this analytical research, the impact of the GAD budget is studied, due to the pandemic at its peak, analyzing the year in question where the events related to the spreading virus took place, and the post-pandemic that includes the year 2021, demonstrating the incidence that these events caused in rural State agencies, which depend to a greater extent on the financing granted by the central management, for which financial tools are used that allow obtaining convincing results. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El GAD Parroquial Rural de Pimocha, es un gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado, cuyo objetivo primordial es fomentar el desarrollo sostenible de su sociedad, garantizando una optimización en el estilo de vida de cada individuo. El presupuesto figura como uno de los ejes principales, para el cumplimiento de sus fines, el cual se vio altamente perjudicado debido a la crisis sanitaria en el año 2020, sufriendo un efecto tan severo que tuvo que ser limitado para cubrir con las solicitudes que poseía del sector de la salud, puesto que era el área que en su mayoría estaba comprometida. Por medio de la presente investigación analítica se estudia la afectación que tuvo el presupuesto del GAD, debido a la pandemia en todo su apogeo, analizando el año en cuestión en donde se desarrollaron los sucesos enlazados con el virus en propagación, y la postpandemia que comprende el año 2021, demostrando la incidencia que ocasionaron dichos hechos en los organismos del Estado rurales los cuales dependen en más grande medida del financiamiento otorgado por la gestión central, para eso se emplean herramientas financieras que permiten obtener resultados contundentes. | es_ES |
