dc.description | The present clinical case is based on a 50-year-old male patient from the city of Vinces with a medical diagnosis of arterial hypertension. Blood pressure is the force that blood exerts against the walls of the arteries. According to the values of the blood pressure reading can be classified as follows: Normal pressure, Prehypertension, Grade I hypertension, Grade II hypertension; Its diagnosis is the result between the medical history and the auscultation technique of the first and fifth phases of Korotkoff sounds. The general objective of this clinical case is to make an eating plan to improve the nutritional and physiological status of the patient and avoid cardiovascular risks, we proceed to obtain the informed consent of the nutritional treatment, then the nutritional status is evaluated, a food plan is given, in addition to providing the corresponding nutritional education and finally it is concluded by determining the nutritional status of the patient, its comprehensive nutritional diagnosis is obtained through anthropometric, biochemical, clinical and dietary indicators. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente caso clínico se basa de un paciente masculino de 50 años, oriundo de la ciudad de Vinces con diagnostico medico de Hipertensión arterial. La presión arterial es la fuerza que ejerce la sangre contra las paredes de las arterias. Según los valores de la lectura de la presión arterial se puede clasificar de la siguiente manera: Presión normal, Pre-hipertensión, Hipertensión Grado I, Hipertensión Grado II; Su diagnóstico es el resultado entre la historia clínica y la técnica de auscultación de la primera y la quinta fase de los sonidos de Korotkoff. El objetivo general de este caso clínico es realizar un plan de alimentación para mejorar el estado nutricional y fisiológico del paciente y evitar riesgos cardiovasculares, se procede a obtener el consentimiento informado del tratamiento nutricional, posteriormente se evalúa el estado nutricional, se dísela un plan alimenticio, además de brindar la educación nutricional correspondiente y finalmente se concluye determinando el estado nutricional del paciente, se obtiene su diagnóstico integral nutricional, por medio de indicadores, antropométricos, bioquímicos, clínicos y dietéticos. | es_ES |
