| dc.description | This case study was carried out in the Decentralized Autonomous Rural Parish Government of Ricaurte, whose approach was based on the Budget Execution of said public institution for the period 2021, in order to observe the execution of the items that make up the budget of said Autonomous Government Decentralized. The most relevant aspects that happened in said institution is a low budget execution in certain items related to the activities that regularly employ all staff, both administrative and related to public works and maintenance, recomposition, the purchase of goods, tools and tools that were used to carry out activities outside and inside the institution. | dc.description.abstract | Este estudio de caso se realizó en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial Rural de Ricaurte, cuyo enfoque se basó en la Ejecución Presupuestaria de dicha institución pública del periodo 2021, con el fin se observar la ejecución de las partidas que componen el presupuesto de dicho Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado. Los aspectos más relevantes que sucedieron en dicha institución se encuentra una baja ejecución presupuestaria en ciertos rubros relacionados a las actividades que regularmente emplean a todo el personal tanto administrativo como el relacionado al de obra pública y el mantenimiento, recomposición, la compra de bienes, útiles y herramientas que eran de uso para el cumplimiento de las actividades fuera y dentro de la institución. La planificación es algo primordial para lidiar con eventos futuros que pueden simular la situación que se vivió en el periodo 2021, tomando en cuenta aquellas acciones que pueden permitir que el cumplimiento de lo establecido en los requerimientos del presupuesto procure ser del 100% la mayor parte del tiempo. | es_ES |
