| dc.description | Estalin Ricardo Sanchez Franco, a natural person obliged to keep accounting records, is a farmer of the Parish of El Caracol de Babahoyo in the Province of Los Rios, the registration of the beginning of his activities was on October 15, 2001, as main activity is the cultivation of rice and its derivatives. Through the research technique used it was possible to detect the problem that affected Estalin Sanchez which was the fall of its profit in the year 2021 compared to the year 2020 where its profit was much higher, given the remarkable fall it was possible to identify that the profitability also decreased this was identified using the different ratios to measure the financial profitability of the company which were: Financial profitability (ROE), Economic profitability (ROA), Profit Margin and the DuPont model. | es_ES |

A través de la técnica de investigación utilizada se pudo detectar el problema que afectó a Estalin Sánchez que fue la caída de su utilidad en el año 2021 comparado al año 2020 donde su utilidad fue mucho mayor, dada a la notable caída se pudo identificar que la rentabilidad también disminuyó esto se identificó utilizando los diferentes ratios para medir la rentabilidad financiera de la empresa los que fueron: Rentabilidad financiera (ROE), Rentabilidad económica (ROA), Margen de Utilidad y el modelo de DuPont. | es_ES |
