dc.description | The realization of the present clinical case is of a male patient of 13 years of age, student of the Parroquia de Mata de Cacao (Provincia de los Ríos) who was admitted to the hospital in the emergency area after suffering a fracture of the diaphysis of the radius while doing sport, causing pain and deformity, functional limitation, in addition, the patient was diagnosed with arterial hypertension in the health unit. Vital signs present: respiratory rate: 20 r/m, blood pressure: 144/90 mmHg, temperature: 37.1 °C. Anthropometric assessment is performed: Weight: 98kg, Height: 173cm, Arm circumference: 34cm, BMI. 32 Kg/m2 (Obesity). According to biochemical parameters, triglycerides (160mg/dl) are above normal values. Dietary survey mother reports that the patient consumes meals in excessive portions, manifested the usual consumption of fried foods, excess red meat, sausages, sweets, desserts, colored drinks, consumption of very little vegetables, fruits in inadequate quantities, does not present intolerances no food allergies. He was prescribed a solid hypertensive Dash diet of 1900 kcal divided into 5 times of daily meals, this nutritional intervention aims to provide necessary nutrients through healthy eating to reduce high blood pressure levels in order to avoid health complications. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | La realización del presente caso clínico es de un paciente masculino de 13 años de edad, estudiante de la Parroquia de Mata de Cacao (Provincia de los Ríos) que ingresó al hospital en el área de emergencia tras sufrir fractura de la diáfisis del radio mientras hacía deporte, ocasionando dolor y deformidad limitación funcional, además paciente fue diagnosticado con hipertensión arterial en la unidad de salud. Signos vitales presentan: Frecuencia respiratoria: 20 r/m, presión arterial: 144/90 mmHg, temperatura: 37.1 °C. Se le realiza la valoración antropométrica: Peso: 98kg, Talla: 173cm, Circunferencia del brazo: 34cm, IMC. 32 Kg/m2 (Obesidad). Según los parámetros bioquímicos los triglicéridos (160mg/dl) se encuentran por encima de los valores normales. Encuesta dietética madre refiere que el paciente consume comidas en porciones excesivas, manifestó el consumo de habitual de frituras, exceso de carnes rojas, embutidos, dulces, postres, bebidas con colorantes, consumo de vegetales muy poco, frutas en cantidades inadecuadas, no presenta intolerancias ni alergias alimentarias. Se le prescribió una dieta Dash para hipertenso solida de 1900 kcal fraccionada en 5 tiempos de comidas diarias, esta intervención nutricional tiene como objetivo aportar nutrientes necesarios mediante una alimentación saludable para disminuir los elevados niveles de tensión arterial con el fin evitar complicaciones en la salud. | es_ES |
