| dc.description | The present research work deals with a 50-year-old patient with a diagnosis of umbilical hernia, the objective of which was to elaborate the nursing care process in the patient. For this purpose, a follow-up of the case, data collection and exhaustive bibliographic review of the patient's diagnosis were carried out. The following results were obtained: to elaborate the nursing care process, the same that through the timely interventions used, a rapid improvement in the patient was evidenced. The conclusions obtained from the present work are: the nursing diagnosis and the interventions carried out allowed prioritizing the patient's needs, formulating the main diagnoses with a critical judgment based on the Nanda, Nic and Noc taxonomy. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo investigativo se trata de un paciente de 50 años de edad con diagnóstico de hernia umbilical, el mismo que tuvo como objetivo elaborar el proceso de atención de enfermería en el paciente. Para lo cual se realizó un seguimiento del caso, recolección de los datos y revisión bibliográfica exhaustiva sobre el diagnóstico del paciente. Se obtuvo los siguientes resultados: elaborar el proceso de atención de enfermería, las mismas que a través de las intervenciones oportunas utilizadas se evidenció una mejoría rápida en el paciente. Las conclusiones obtenidas del presente trabajo son: el diagnóstico de enfermería y las intervenciones ejecutadas permitió priorizar las necesidades de la paciente, formulando los principales diagnósticos con un juicio crítico basado en la taxonomía Nanda, Nic Y Noc. | es_ES |
