| dc.description | The appearance of pain in great intensity, generally located in the right hypochondrium with irradiation to the lumbar region, is a common clinical picture in patients with cholelithiasis, this pathology demands exhaustive monitoring and adequate assessment by the nursing staff, for this reason it was considered as objective of this study, the development of a nursing care process in a female patient with cholelithiasis, using the nursing diagnosis. During the study, a care plan was applied where, through it, the nursing staff demonstrated the skills and knowledge during the direct care of the patient, thus achieving clinical improvement. At the end of the clinical case study, the objectives set were achieved, which were based on the identification of clinical manifestations, the determination of the patient's requirements derived from the anamnesis, physical examination, and relevance in the findings of the functional patterns and the establishment of nursing interventions taking into account the needs of the patient and the use of the Nanda, Noc and Nic taxonomy. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La aparición del dolor en gran intensidad generalmente localizado en hipocondrio derecho con irradiación a región lumbar, es un cuadro clínico común en pacientes con colelitiasis, esta patología demanda un exhaustivo monitoreo y adecuada valoración por parte del personal de enfermería, por este motivo se planteó como objetivo de este estudio, el desarrollo de un proceso de atención de enfermería en una paciente de sexo femenino con colelitiasis, empleando el diagnostico enfermero. Durante el estudio se aplicó un plan de cuidados donde a través de él, personal de enfermería demostró las habilidades y conocimientos durante el cuidado directo de la paciente, logrando así su mejoría clínica. Al finalizar el estudio de caso clínico se lograron cumplir los objetivos trazados los se basaron en la identificación de las manifestaciones clínicas, la determinación de los requerimientos de la paciente derivados de la anamnesis, examen físico, y relevancia en los hallazgos de los patrones funcionales y el establecimiento de intervenciones de enfermería teniendo presente las necesidades de la paciente y el uso de la taxonomía Nanda, Noc y Nic. | es_ES |
