| dc.description | This research work deals with an older adult patient with a diagnosis of right inguinal hernia, the objective of which was to elaborate the nursing care process in an older adult patient with a diagnosis of right inguinal hernia. This topic is of vital importance because it represents a large part of the interventions currently addressed. The nursing staff should implement biosecurity, aseptic and antiseptic measures and wash their hands beforehand when performing the activities taught based on the nursing diagnosis and the nursing process to care directly for the patients, thus reducing the percentage of pathogenic microorganisms when the wound is cleaned aseptically. As a conclusion it was obtained that medical treatment as well as nursing interventions are fundamental to achieve a prompt improvement in the patient with right inguinal hernia. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo investigativo se trata de un paciente adulto mayor con diagnóstico de hernia inguinal derecha, el mismo que tuvo como objetivo elaborar el proceso de atención de enfermería. El presente tema es de vital importancia debido a que representa una gran parte de las intervenciones abordadas en la actualidad, El personal de enfermería debe implementar medidas de bioseguridad, asépticas, antisépticas y lavarse las manos previamente cuando realice las actividades enseñadas con base en el diagnóstico de enfermería y el proceso de enfermería para cuidar directamente a los pacientes, reduciendo así el porcentaje de microorganismos patógenos cuando la herida se limpia asépticamente. Como conclusión se obtuvo que el tratamiento médico, así como las intervenciones de enfermería son fundamental para lograr una mejoría pronta en el paciente con hernia inguinal derecha. | es_ES |
