dc.description | The present work called: Analysis of the document process, using the scrum methodology, in the Unidad Educativa Teodoro Alvarado Garaicoa in the Jujan canton. It consists of analyzing how feasible it is to carry out and implement software in the Unidad Educativa Teodoro Alvarado Garaicoa using the agile Scrum method as a methodology for receiving documents from teachers who work in the institution. Currently, traditional methodologies are being replaced by new agile methodologies that exist in the world market. These new methodologies allow in a short time to have a ready system creating trust in the client and increasing competitiveness. The Scrum methodology is a process of grouping tasks in a collaborative manner, promoting teamwork, that is, with this methodology, short-term objectives can be achieved while keeping the client satisfied. The research process in the present case study was carried out in a favorable way using as a method for data collection: surveys and interviews to the personnel that works in the Educational Institution, with the objective of having verified information to know the problems that they are currently experiencing. , in the process of receiving documents digitally. As a result of the investigation, it was determined that the name of the Institution has received a call for attention due to the delays in the delivery time. The application of a software in the Educational Institution applied to the scrum methodology is necessary because a short time and choosing the work team well can solve the inconveniences that exist in the Institution. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo denominado: Análisis del proceso de documentos, utilizando la metodología scrum, en la Unidad Educativa Teodoro Alvarado Garaicoa ubicado en el cantón Jujan. Consiste en analizar qué tan factible es la realización e implementación de un software en la Unidad Educativa Teodoro Alvarado Garaicoa utilizando el método ágil Scrum como metodología para la recepción de documentos de los docentes que trabajan en la institución. En la actualidad las metodologías tradicionales están siendo reemplazadas por las nuevas metodologías ágiles que existen en el mercado mundial. Estas nuevas metodologías permiten en un corto tiempo tener un sistema listo creando confianza en el cliente y aumentando la competitividad. La metodología Scrum es un proceso de conjunto de tareas de manera colaborativa fomentando el trabajo en equipo, es decir que con esta metodología se pueden alcanzar objetivos en corto plazo manteniendo satisfecho al cliente.
El proceso de investigación en el presente estudio de caso se realizó de manera favorable utilizando como método para recolección de datos: encuestas y entrevistas al personal que labora en la Institución Educativa, con el objetivo de tener información verificada para saber los problemas que actualmente están atravesando, en el proceso de recepción de documentos de manera digital. Como resultado de la investigación se determinó que el nombre de la Institución ha recibido llamado de atención por los retrasos en el tiempo de envío. La aplicación de un software en la Institución Educativa aplicado a la metodología scrum es necesario debido en que un corto tiempo y escogiendo bien el equipo de trabajo se puede resolver los inconvenientes que existe en la Institución. | es_ES |
