| dc.description | This case study aims to develop a maintenance management control system that allows system users to ensure that preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment are performed in full, for this reason it has been proposed the development of this case study in order to avoid delays that originate in the reception, registration of care shifts, in addition to other important procedures that are performed manually due to problems with the machines. This is intended to avoid inconvenience to patients who do not respond quickly to timely attention. Among the specific objectives are: Review the current process of equipment maintenance at the medical center; Determine the feasibility and requirements for the implementation of the maintenance management system at the "Santa Rosa" medical center; Design and implement a maintenance management system to improve the management of incident reporting through requests for preventive, corrective or upgrade maintenance to elements that make up the physical infrastructure of the medical center's computers. It is also worth mentioning that thanks to the feasibility study carried out, it was possible to determine the requirements that the medical center needs to implement the maintenance management system. Thanks to the economic feasibility study, it was determined that the implementation of this project is economically feasible, since it is considered that this tool will improve its processes and patient care, so it can be determined that it is economically viable. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente caso de estudio pretende desarrollar un sistema de control de gestión de mantenimiento que permita a los usuarios del sistema , garantizar que el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los equipos de cómputo se realicen en su totalidad, por este motivo se ha propuesto el desarrollo de esta caso de estudio con el fin de evitará las demoras que se originan en la recepción, registro de turnos de atención, además de otros trámites importantes que se realizan en forma manual debido a los problemas de las maquinas. Con esto se pretende evitar molestias a los pacientes que no responden rápidamente a la atención oportuna. Entre los objetivos específicos se tienen: Revisar el proceso actual del mantenimiento de equipos del centro médico; Determinar la factibilidad y los requerimientos para la implementación del sistema de gestión de mantenimientos en el centro médico “Santa Rosa”; Diseñar e implementar un sistema gestión de mantenimiento que permita mejorar la gestión del reporte de incidentes a través de solicitudes para el mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo o de actualización a elementos que conforman la infraestructura física de las computadoras del centro médico. También cabe mencionar que gracias al estudio de factibilidad realizado se pudo conocer cuáles son los requerimientos que necesita el centro médico para implementar el sistema de gestión de mantenimiento, gracias a la factibilidad económica se determinó que la implementación de este proyecto ya que se considera que esta herramienta mejorará sus procesos y la atención de sus pacientes por lo que se puede determinar que económicamente es viable. | es_ES |
