dc.description | The present clinical case study of a nursing care process in a 28-year-old patient, presenting a clinical picture of 48 hours of evolution characterized by abdominal pain at the pelvic level, generalized malaise, which after correct interventions by the medical and nursing, had a favorable evolution. In the present case study with the nursing care process, a correct monitoring of the vital signs and the patient's hemodynamic activity was carried out, the administration of their medications prescribed by the doctor was carried out correctly. the nursing process helps the patient in her rehabilitation and evolutionary improvement until, due to the follow-up of the specialists in charge of the patient, she is discharged, the theory of Nanda, NIC and NOC was used, which were fundamental in this process of care since although it also helped to determine which were the most important symptoms to correct and treat them to avoid major complications in the pregnant patient. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso clínico de un proceso de atención enfermería en una paciente de 28 años de edad, presentando un cuadro clínico de 48 horas de evolución caracterizado por dolor abdominal a nivel pélvico, náuseas, malestar generalizado, que después de correctas intervenciones de parte médica y enfermería, tuvo una evolución favorable. El presente estudio de caso con el proceso atención de enfermería se realizó una correcta monitorización de los signos vitales y la actividad hemodinámica del paciente, se realizó correctamente la administración de sus medicamentos prescrita por el médico. el proceso de enfermería ayuda a la paciente en su rehabilitación y mejora evolutiva hasta que, por el seguimiento de los especialistas a cargo de la paciente, es dada de alta médica, se empleó la teoría del Nanda, NIC y NOC las cuales fueron fundamentales en este proceso de atención ya que si bien también ayudó a determinar cuáles eran los síntomas más importantes a corregir y tratarlos para evitar mayores complicaciones en la paciente en estado de gestación. | es_ES |
