This research was made known the shortcomings that arise within the Commercial Sandrita by not having a correct administrative management of the personnel, through which the necessary information was collected in order to develop this case study. | dc.description.abstract | Este estudio de caso se realizó en el comercial Sandrita que se encuentra ubicado en el Cantón Jujan, provincia del Guayas en la Calle Jaime Roldos Aguilera y José Domingo Delgado, dirigida por la Sr. Cujilema Cujilema Sandra Patricia, esta es una empresa dedicada a la venta al por menor de una gran variedad de productos como lo es: productos en tiendas, los productos alimenticios, las bebidas o el tabaco, entre otras. Está presente investigación se dio a conocer las falencia que se suscita dentro del comercial Sandrita al no tener una correcta Gestión administrativa del personal , mediante el cual se recopilo la información necesaria para así alcanzar a desarrollar este caso de estudio.
