dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como propósito evaluar la gestión administrativa para obtener un mejoramiento continuo eficaz y eficiente ejecutando cada uno de los procesos administrativos y utilizando estrategias para que el GAD municipal del Cantón Montalvo ya que a pesar de ser una empresa pública, esta a su vez asume diversas funciones tanto interno como externo en el Cantón lo que le permitirá desempeñar de una manera fructífera con los servicios enfocados en la satisfacción de las necesidades de un determinado territorio. Por medio de una capacitación a los colaboradores traerá consigo un alto nivel de rendimiento ya que van a estar motivado y trabajando en equipo desde nivel jerárquico alto hasta el más bajo teniendo una buena interacción y comunicación entre todo el personal que lo conforman. | es_ES |
