dc.description.abstract | Este estudio de caso se desarrollará en la Ciudad de Babahoyo en la empresa municipal de saneamiento ambiental EMSABA EP en donde el objetivo principal era analizar la gestión administrativa. Con el desarrollo de este trabajo se podrá determinar el nivel de satisfacción de los usuarios que acuden a las instalaciones de esta empresa pública con la finalidad que los colaboradores de este lugar puedan mejorar sus estrategias de calidad en cuanto al servicio que ofrecen a la ciudadanía Babahoyense. Para la recolección de información se realizó una encuesta a los usuarios que acuden normalmente a realizar algún trámite o a solicitar algún servicio en donde se concluyó que esta institución carece de servicios de calidad a la ciudadanía Babahoyense, es decir la gestión administrativa es deficiente.
