dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso consiste en un análisis de factibilidad sobre la creación de una aplicación de entorno web que ayude a mejorar los procesos de ventas, inventario de productos y controlar los cobros, la librería y papelería continental maneja variedad de artículos de útiles escolares y productos tecnológicos, los datos son manejados de forma manual o en libros de registro, lo que causa retraso en los procesos mencionados, durante temporada escolar en la cual los productos tienen un mayor volumen de ventas en ocasiones al no conocer la existencia total de un producto en bodega las perchas del local quedan totalmente vacías lo cual genera una perdida en ventas. Por lo tanto, para evitar inconsistencias de datos al generar los reportes tanto de inventarios como de ventas, se pretende crear una aplicación que ayude a mejorar y agilizar dichos procesos. Se emplea un método investigativo de campo basado en la técnica de entrevista, por medio de un cuestionario de preguntas dirigidas al propietario de la librería y papelería continental el Sr Felipe Ledesma Avilés, así determinar los requerimientos pertinentes para la creación de la aplicación de entorno web. Finalmente se usará la información obtenida como base para determinar si es factible la creación de la aplicación de entorno web que permita mejorar los procesos de ventas, inventario de productos y así llevar un control exacto al momento de generar los reportes esto facilitara cada uno de los procesos llevados a cabo dentro de local diariamente. | es_ES |
