dc.description.abstract | El crecimiento de una empresa se refiere a un aumento en el tamaño de variables como el tamaño de los activos, la producción, las ventas, las ganancias o el empleo. Es uno de los elementos fundamentales que definen una estrategia corporativa. Toda organización tiene como objetivo crecer, expandirse y cubrir más mercados; dentro del establecimiento Anny Center se realizó un análisis de la situación actual de la empresa, se crearon instrumentos para cumplir las técnicas empleadas en el trabajo de investigación.
El crecimiento empresarial se trata del proceso de permitir que una empresa mejore continuamente e impulse a la organización a alcanzar objetivos planificados previamente o hitos de éxito, para la microempresa Anny Center se determina que las estrategias a aplicar para la diferenciación del establecimiento son: Estrategia de segmentación y posicionamiento y se recomienda implementar la Estrategia de crecimiento de Michael Porter, con sus bases que son: Liderazgo en costos, diferenciación y enfoque. | es_ES |
