Es uno de los elementos fundamentales que definen una estrategia corporativa. Toda organización tiene como objetivo crecer, expandirse y cubrir más mercados; dentro del establecimiento Anny Center se realizó un análisis de la situación actual de la empresa, se crearon instrumentos para cumplir las técnicas empleadas en el trabajo de investigación.
