Comunicación interna y su influencia en el desempeño laboral de las secretarias del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial de Pimocha

| dc.description | The present case study entitled "INTERNAL COMMUNICATION AND ITS INFLUENCE ON THE WORK PERFORMANCE OF THE SECRETARIATS OF THE PARISH GAD OF PIMOCHA" communication is the fundamental basis within any aspect of life because information is transmitted every day is for such reason that it is important that within an institution a good communication is carried out through this investigation it is sought to make known the importance of having a good internal communication within the organization and the influence that this generates in the work performance of the secretaries, taking into account that in their daily activities they have to put good communication into practice and that the application of it will be of great help to improve communication between the employees of the decentralized autonomous government of Pimocha. At the same time, the realization of this study was used the type of bibliographical research by means of obtaining the necessary information to execute the present investigation. It was proposed to carry out surveys to the secretaries of the same, through which different opinions will be obtained that will serve to apply the necessary improvements. Taking into account that communication is very fundamental within any organization, this being the main reason for carrying out this study. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso titulado “COMUNICACIÓN INTERNA Y SU INFLUENCIA EN EL DESEMPEÑO LABORAL DE LAS SECRETARIAS DEL GAD PARROQUIAL DE PIMOCHA” la comunicación es la base fundamental dentro de cualquier aspecto de la vida debido a que todos los días se transmite información es por tal motivo que es importante que dentro de una institución se efectué una buena comunicación a través de esta investigación se busca poner en conocimiento la importancia de tener una buena comunicación interna dentro de la organización y la influencia que esta genera en el desempeño laboral de las secretarias, teniendo en cuenta que en sus actividades diarias tienen que poner en práctica una buena comunicación y que la aplicación de la misma servirá de gran ayuda para mejorar la comunicación entre los empleados del gobierno autónomo descentralizado de Pimocha. A su vez la realización de este estudio se utilizó el tipo de investigación bibliográfico mediante este obtener información necesaria para ejecutar la presente investigación Se planteo realizar encuestas a las secretarias del mismo, mediante la cual se obtendrá diferentes opiniones que servirá para aplicar las mejoras necesarias.
