dc.description | The present case study was carried out in the Department of Human Talent of the Technical University of Babahoyo on secretarial management and its influence on the organization of the file, because it is a relevant issue because it is one of the functions of secretaries. , since the disposition of the documents and the rapid identification of the information for use by the administration or whoever requires it depend on them. The objective of the study is to evaluate the secretarial management and its influence on the organization of files of the Department of Human Talent. In the investigative work, the types of documentary and field research were used. In addition, the inductive method was used, accompanied by survey and interview techniques, aimed at the secretarial staff and the Director of the department through the respective research instruments. The results were: the documents are not identified quickly since the staff of the area takes minutes to find them, the secretarial staff does not use specific file systems to locate the information efficiently and the inconveniences in the organization of the file are due to the limited space, deterioration by pests or humidity. In conclusion, secretarial professionals must improve certain aspects such as: adapt the physical space and digitize the documentation for proper file management. The area analyzed does not promote the professional development of staff through training to improve their knowledge. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso se realizó en el Departamento de Talento Humano de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo sobre la gestión secretarial y su influencia en la organización del archivo, debido a que es un tema relevante, en virtud de que la gestión de archivos es una de las funciones principales de secretarios (as), porque ellos (as) tiene que realizar una identificación oportuna de los documentos para uso de la administración o de quien lo requiera. El objetivo del estudio es evaluar la gestión secretarial y su influencia en la organización de archivos del Departamento de Talento Humano. En el trabajo investigativo se empleó los tipos de investigación documental y de campo. Además, se utilizó el método inductivo acompañado de las técnicas de encuesta y entrevista, dirigidas al personal de secretaría y al Director(a) del departamento, mediante los respectivos instrumentos de investigación. Los resultados fueron: los archivos no son identificados de manera rápida, ya que el personal del área se demora minutos en encontrarlos, el personal de secretaría no usa sistemas de archivo específicos para localizar la información de manera eficiente y los inconvenientes en la organización del archivo se deben al limitado espacio, deterioro por plagas o humedad. A manera de conclusión, se manifiesta que los profesionales en secretaría presentan inconvenientes con el espacio físico y no se digitaliza la documentación para una correcta gestión de archivo. El área analizada no impulsa el desarrollo profesional del personal mediante capacitaciones para mejorar sus conocimientos. | es_ES |
