Redacción administrativa y su influencia en rendimiento de las secretarias del Municipio del cantón Vinces

dc.description	The Municipality of Vinces is a government entity designed to plan, organize, manage and execute specific actions assigned by law for the benefit of the citizens living in said territory, its work is aimed at the social development of the Vinceño people, therefore this entity manages a high flow of documentation concerning their activities with the Municipal Government, it is then that the importance of administrative drafting in this institution itself is stipulated, which can be a determining factor in the work performance of administrative personnel, especially in professionals who work as secretaries in the said entity. For this reason, this research focuses on identifying how influential the administrative writing is in the work performance of the professionals of that municipal entity, this was achieved through various techniques and methods, starting with the description of the literature of the problem investigated until reaching the application of a survey with essential questions that help to know in greater detail the labor context of the secretaries of the municipality. Once all that information was collected that allowed us to specify a broader vision of the problem both in its theoretical and practical form, we proceeded to analyze and interpret it by applying the deductive method where the general concepts investigated were related to the work situations in the secretaries of the municipality who met through the survey. To conclude, it was obtained that these collaborators of this public entity present an unfavorable labor performance for the institution and this is due, among other things, to the incorrect execution of some important functions in their work, such as the drafting of administrative documents that they are managed internally and externally in the Municipality of Vinces.	es_ES

dc.description.abstract	El Municipio de Vinces es una entidad gubernamental destinada a planificar, organizar, gestionar y ejecutar acciones específicas asignadas por ley en beneficio de la ciudadanía moradora de dicho territorio, sus labores se encaminan al desarrollo social del pueblo Vinceño por tanto esta entidad maneja alto flujo de documentación concerniente a sus actividades con Gobierno Municipal, es entonces que se estipula la importancia de la redacción administrativa en esta institución misma que puede ser un factor determinante en el rendimiento laboral del personal administrativo, en especial, en las profesionales que se desempeñan como secretarias en la mencionada entidad. Por ello esta investigación se enfoca en identificar que tan influyente es la redacción administrativa en el rendimiento laboral de las profesionales de aquella entidad municipal, esto se logró a través de diversas técnicas y métodos, empezando por la descripción de la literatura de la problemática indagada hasta llegar a la aplicación de una encuesta con preguntas indispensables que ayudan a conocer a mayor detalle el contexto laboral de las secretarias del municipio. Una vez recabada toda aquella información que permitió concretar una visión más amplia de la problemática tanto en su forma teórica como práctica, se procedió al análisis e interpretación de la misma aplicando el método deductivo en donde se relacionaban los conceptos generales investigados con las situaciones laborales en las secretarias del municipio que se conocieron a través de la encuesta. Para concluir, se obtuvo que estas colaboradoras de esta entidad pública presentan un rendimiento laboral poco favorable para la institución y esto se debe, entre otras cosas, a la incorrecta ejecución de algunas funciones importantes en su labor como lo es la redacción de documentos administrativos que se manejan interna y externamente en el Municipio de Vinces.	es_ES
