In this way, to make comparisons based on the information of the processes where the contribution of the skills and assertive communication techniques of the secretary in the public relations of this center is analyzed, through a descriptive investigation, with a qualitative approach, where The interview will be used as an instrument to collect the necessary data, where the questions will be open-ended, the results obtained will be analyzed to highlight the processes in which they have a lack due to ignorance and lack of implementation of strategies and tools, either by ignorance, lack of will or time due to work overload, on the part of the personnel in charge of the public relations area, then it is necessary to collaborate with the center r and make recommendations to improve and develop these management processes in order to strengthen the image of the center, with the aim of reaching and achieving the desired recognition. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En esta investigación se busca analizar la situación presentada en el centro de capacitación de alto rendimiento Albert Einstein de la ciudad de Babahoyo en el año 2021, determinando como se está llevando a cabo, en la actualidad, y cuáles fueron las gestiones en el 2021 de esta manera hacer comparativas basados en la información de los procesos en donde se analice el aporte de las habilidades y técnicas de comunicación asertiva de la secretaria en las relaciones públicas de este centro, mediante la investigación de tipo descriptiva, con un enfoque cualitativo, en donde se utilizará la entrevista como instrumento para recolección de datos necesarios, en donde las preguntas serán de carácter abiertas, los resultados obtenidos se analizarán para destacar los procesos en los que tienen carencia por desconocimiento y falta de implementación de estrategias y herramientas, sea esto debido a desconocimiento, falta de voluntad o tiempo debido a la recarga laboral, por parte del personal encargado del área de las relaciones públicas, entonces llegar al caso de colaborar con el centro y formular recomendaciones para mejorar y desarrollar dichos procesos de gestiones en pos de afianzar la imagen del centro, con el objetivo de alcanzar y lograr el reconocimiento deseado. | es_ES |
