| dc.description | This project was designed and developed to show, highlight and give visibility to the English language, its importance and impact it has on the secretaries of the Chamber of Commerce of the City of Babahoyo. In later lines, the Justification of why this topic was chosen has been developed, and the main objective of the work carried out has been developed. A theoretical framework was developed with the necessary information aimed at understanding with different authors, theoretically and scientifically basing the support of the present investigation, the same as for its validity and support, a questionnaire of four clear and simple questions was developed to collect the necessary information. and interpret it textually and graphically. Finally, the conclusions to which this work has led us were expressed, leaving important feedback about the contribution provided by mastering a second language in the case of the secretaries of the Chamber of Commerce. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto fue pensado y desarrollado para mostrar, evidenciar y darle visibilidad al idioma inglés, su importancia e incidencia que tiene en el gremio de las secretarias de la Cámara de Comercio de la Ciudad de Babahoyo. En líneas posteriores se ha desarrollado la Justificación del por qué se eligió el presente tema, y se desarrolló el objetivo principal del trabajo realizado. Se elaboró un marco teórico con la información necesaria dirigida a la comprensión con diferentes autores fundamentando teórica y científicamente la sustentación de la presente investigación, la misma que para su validez y respaldo se desarrolló un cuestionario de cuatro preguntas claras y sencillas para recopilar la información necesaria e interpretarla textual y gráficamente. Por último, se expresó las conclusiones a las que nos ha llevado realizar dicho trabajo, dejando una retroalimentación importante acerca del aporte que brinda dominar un segundo idioma en el caso de las secretarias de la Cámara de Comercio. | es_ES |
