| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso se centra en las TIC’s y su aporte en el desempeño laboral de las secretarias de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo, período académico 2021, estas herramientas tecnológicas contribuyen satisfactoriamente en el trabajo diario que realizan las ejecutivas del que hacer administrativo de esta institución de estudios superiores. En esta investigación se detectó una ineficiente comunicación y poco trabajo en equipo que vienen desarrollando las secretarias, así como también el indebido uso de las TIC´s en las actividades administrativas, limitando de esta manera el trabajo proactivo. Para contrarrestar esta problemática se considera una capacitación al cuerpo administrativo de secretarias de la Facultad de Ciencias Jurídicas Sociales y de la Educación de la UTB, con temas como: uso de las TIC´s y relaciones humanas, con este aporte se estará mejorando la calidad del servicio. | es_ES |
