dc.description | The objective of this research project has been to identify if teachers have used digital resources in Physical Education classes in a virtual way in the Francisco Huerta Rendón Educational Unit of the Babahoyo canton.
Theoretical and empirical methods were used with a mixed non-experimental design approach, including the bibliographic method.
It should be noted that the object of study was 123 first-year high school students from the Francisco Huerta Rendón Educational Unit in the Babahoyo canton and 3 Physical Education teachers who perform their duties as educators in said institution.
With the measurement techniques that are the surveys and the interviews, it was possible to determine that the Physical Education teachers do not adequately use the digital didactic resources in the virtual classes, for which the students are not fulfilling the 2 and a half hours of physical activities that it recommends. the Ministry of Education to promote the health of students.
As an alternative to solve the research problem, a strategic didactic plan was created as a proposal using various digital platforms to improve Physical Education classes virtually so that students perform physical activities synchronously and asynchronously. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de este proyecto de investigación ha sido identificar si los docentes han utilizado los recursos digitales en las clases de Educación Física de manera virtual en la Unidad Educativa Francisco Huerta Rendón del cantón Babahoyo.
Se llegó a utilizar los métodos teóricos y empíricos con un enfoque mixto de diseño no experimental, entre uno de ellos el método bibliográfico.
Cabe recalcar que el objeto de estudio fueron 123 estudiantes de primero de bachillerato de la Unidad Educativa Francisco Huerta Rendón del cantón Babahoyo y 3 docentes de Educación Física que cumplen sus funciones de educadores en dicha institución.
Con las técnicas de medición que son las encuestas y las entrevistas se pudo determinar que los docentes de Educación Física no utilizan adecuadamente los recursos didácticos digitales en las clases virtuales por lo cual los estudiantes no están cumpliendo las 2 horas y media de actividades físicas que recomienda el Ministerio de Educación para promover la salud de los educandos.
Como una alternativa para dar solución al problema de investigación se creó como propuesta un plan estratégico didáctico utilizando varias plataformas digitales para mejorar las clases de Educación Física de manera virtual con el fin de los estudiantes realicen las actividades físicas de manera sincrónica y asincrónica. | es_ES |
