Drogodependencia y su incidencia en los patrones conductuales de un adolescente de 17 años de edad de la ciudad de Babahoyo

| dc.description | Through the current case study, the objective of determining the incidence and behavior patterns of a 17-year-old drug addict adolescent from the city of Babahoyo, province of Los Ríos, could be fulfilled. To this end, a theoretical and bibliographical investigation was carried out, which allowed addressing the variables of the subject, in addition to the fact that they are immersed in various topics in this case study, with the implementation of psychological techniques relevant to the process, such as: the clinical interview (psychosexual, relationships interpersonal skills, sphincter control, language, psychomotricity, social adaptability, consumption time, reality judgement, sensoperception, effectiveness, suicidal ideas or thoughts, disease awareness), the patient's clinical history, test as a research tool: WHO - ASSIST V3.0, it was possible to determine that the adolescent suffers from (F11) Mental and behavioral disorders ¬ due to the use of opiates (heroin), after which a psychotherapeutic plan was designed according to the cognitive behavioral perspective in the area , individual, physical and social, which will allow development and improvement at the mental health level of the adolescent cent. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Por medio del actual estudio de caso se pudo cumplir con el objetivo de determinar la incidencia y patrones de conductas que tiene un adolecente drogodependiente de 17 años de edad de la ciudad de Babahoyo, provincia de los Ríos. Para ello se realizó una investigación teórica y bibliográfica las cuales permitieron abordar las variables del tema además que se encuentran inmersas en diversas temáticas en este estudio de caso, con la implementación de técnicas psicológicas pertinentes al proceso como son: la entrevista clínica (psicosexual, relaciones interpersonales, control de esfínteres, lenguaje, psicomotricidad, adaptabilidad social, tiempo de consumo, juicio de realidad, sensopercepción, efectividad, ideas o pensamientos suicidad, conciencia de la enfermedad), la historia clínica del paciente, test como herramienta de la investigación: OMS - ASSIST V3.0, se logró determinar que el adolescente padece de (F14 Trastornos mentales y del comportamiento debidos al consumo de cocaína. posterior a ello se diseñó un plan psicoterapéutico de acuerdo a la perspectiva cognitiva conductual en el área, individual, física y social, el cual le permitirá un desarrollo y mejora a nivel de la salud mental del adolecente. | es_ES |
