| dc.description | This research aims to create a software tool that allows the user to make an
appointment for proceedings relating to driver's licenses in the National Transit
Agency Babahoyo.
At the agency 's lack of an agenda organized for reservation of slots for licenses was
detected, producing great discomfort to the users and they had to make big waiting
lists for a turn, which at times was not respected by loss of records, making it
necessary to perform this research in order to find a solution that will lead the agency
as a PDA users to shift to licensing from the comfort of home, office or other .
This research is presented in seven chapters:
Chapter 1.- Introduces the general and specific objectives of this research.
Chapter 2.- Regarding background, theoretical framework, theoretical position taken
and assumptions were found.
Chapter 3.- In this chapter we find the results of the survey of 250 users , required in
this research survey .
Chapter 4.- The conclusions we reached the research is presented.
Chapter 5.- Here the author presents recommendations according to the
investigation.
Chapter 6.- This chapter outlined the proposal for resolving the problem , are

permita al usuario solicitar un turno para realizar trámites referentes a licencias de
conducir en la Agencia Nacional de Transito Babahoyo.
En la agencia se detectó la falta de una agenda organizada para la reservación de
turnos para licencias, lo que producía gran malestar a los usuarios ya que tenían que
hacer grandes listas de espera para obtener un turno, que en ciertas ocasiones no se
respetaba por perdida de registros, lo que hizo necesario realizar esta investigación
con el propósito de buscar una solución que permita llevar en la agencia una agenda
