The main objective of the present work is to characterize the entire process in relation to the respiratory assistance provided by the respiratory therapist, in addition to having knowledge about the complications that can trigger acute pulmonary edema, in order to execute the technique of respiratory maneuvers more in line with the pathology and thus the patient obtains optimal results. The collection of information was the methodology used, this was obtained through the clinical history, the follow-up given to the patient in the various areas at the time the present case was carried out, as well as the study and review of the bibliography. concerning the subject. | dc.description.abstract | El presente caso de estudio, se refiere a un paciente masculino de 40 años con edema agudo de pulmón. El principal objetivo del presente trabajo es el de caracterizar todo el proceso en lo referente a la asistencia respiratoria otorgada por el terapista respiratorio, además de tener conocimiento sobre las complicaciones que pueden desencadenar el edema agudo del pulmón, para de esta manera ejecutar la técnica de maniobras respiratoria más acorde con la patología y así el paciente obtenga óptimos resultados. La recopilación de información fue la metodología utilizada, esta se la obtuvo a través de la historia clínica, el seguimiento dado al paciente en las diversas áreas en el tiempo que se realizó el presente caso, así como también, el estudio y revisión de la bibliografía concerniente al tema. Como el principal resultado que se obtuvo del caso: está el de aplicar los conocimientos previos de esta manera obtener resultados óptimos. Toda la información obtenida es válida para la realización del caso y para ser fuente de información para futuros trabajos investigativos. | es_ES |
