dc.descriptionToday, companies face constant changes and the demands of competitiveness, both in terms of functional development and organizational planning, organization, coordination, command and control, all need the guidance of administrative management to achieve high levels of demand. , as well as better management of company assets. The company "Comercial Oruliaceros" of the city of Babahoyo, began its activities in 1999, where its main activity is the import of spare parts for agricultural machinery, as well as for vehicles in general. It should be noted that there are currently shortcomings in terms of its operational processes such as cost overruns, repetitive activities, in addition there is evidence of poor job performance by the company's employees, thus causing customer dissatisfaction which has a negative impact on the organization. The objective of this work is to design an internal control audit for the company "Comercial Oruliaceros". As a result, management streamlines operations, focusing on improving financial reporting, increasing production levels, implementing internal controls to achieve schedule compliance, and identifying activities that have a significant impact on production. In turn, it is found that management has an impact on the operations of the manufacturing sector, which can introduce improvements that increase the productivity of the company. As a methodological framework, field and descriptive research was used, since it allows identifying the aspects related to the problems that exist in the company, either with the productive and business situation through the research instrument such as the interview and questionnaire.es_ES

dc.description.abstractHoy en día, las empresas enfrentan cambios constantes y las exigencias de la competitividad, tanto en términos de desarrollo funcional como de planificación organizacional, organización, coordinación, mando y control, todos necesitan de la orientación de la gestión administrativa para alcanzar altos niveles de exigencia, así como una mejor gestión de los activos de la empresa. La empresa “Comercial Oruliaceros” de la ciudad de Babahoyo, inicio sus actividades en el año 1999, donde su actividad principal es la importación de repuestos para maquinaria agrícola, así como también para vehículos en general. Cabe destacar que actualmente existe falencias en cuanto a sus procesos operativos tales como sobre sobrecostos, actividades repetitivas, además se evidencia un bajo desempeño laboral por parte de los empleados de la empresa, provocando así una insatisfacción de los clientes lo cual impacta de forma negativa en la organización. El objetivo de este trabajo es diseñar una auditoria de control interno a la empresa “Comercial Oruliaceros”. Como resultado, la gerencia agiliza las operaciones, enfocándose en mejorar los informes financieros, aumentar los niveles de producción, implementar controles internos para lograr el cumplimiento del programa e identificar actividades que tienen un impacto significativo en la producción. A su vez, se encuentra que la gestión tiene un impacto en las operaciones del sector manufacturero, que puede introducir mejoras que incrementen la productividad de la empresa. Como marco metodológico se utilizó la investigación de campo y descriptiva ya que permite identificar los aspectos relacionados a la problemática que existe en la empresa, ya sea con la situación productiva y empresarial a través del instrumento de investigación como lo es la entrevista y cuestionario.es_ES
