| dc.description | Asthma is a disease characterized by an exaggerated reaction of the tracheobronchial tree to certain stimuli, causing diffuse narrowing of the trachea, associated with excessive constriction of bronchial smooth muscle, excessive mucus secretion, and mucosal edema. To properly manage a patient with this disease, symptoms and signs must be fully evaluated clinically, and additional tests must be performed to make an accurate diagnosis. The triggering factors of bronchial asthma in the patient are environmental allergens such as dust and mold that he is exposed to due to his work as a bricklayer in addition to being exposed to cigarette smoke and these are the cause of the exacerbation of bronchial asthma. Proper management of patients with this condition will prevent clinical deterioration, which is why everyone with this condition must carry out proper management and treatment according to the severity of the patient's asthma and strictly follow the recommendations that the doctor will give. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El asma es una enfermedad caracterizada por una reacción exagerada del árbol traqueobronquial a ciertos estímulos, provocando un estrechamiento difuso de la tráquea, asociado con una constricción excesiva del músculo liso bronquial, secreción excesiva de moco y edema de la mucosa. Para manejar adecuadamente a un paciente con esta enfermedad, los síntomas y signos deben evaluarse clínicamente en su totalidad, y se deben realizar pruebas adicionales para hacer un diagnóstico preciso. Los factores desencadenantes del asma bronquial en el paciente son los alergenos ambientales como el polvo y moho que está expuesto por su trabajo como albañil además de estar expuesto también al humo del cigarrillo y estos son causantes de la exacerbación del asma bronquial. El manejo adecuado de los pacientes con esta afección evitará el deterioro clínico, es por ello que toda persona con esta afección debe realizar un manejo y tratamiento adecuado según la gravedad del asma que presente el paciente y seguir estrictamente las recomendaciones que el médico le dará. | es_ES |
