dc.description | The present case study, the use of ICTs Administrative Management in the Educational Unit "29 de Agosto" of the Febres Cordero parish of the Babahoyo canton, province of Los Ríos, has revealed that there is a lack of technological tools, lacking low performance where interviews and surveys were conducted to verify the problem that caused the ICT deficit. Situation that causes domain deficiency in the activities to be developed in the institution, where it was stated to run a workshop or training in the use of ICTs in Administrative Management, to improve care for students, parents, teaching staff and educational authorities; ICTs can be one of the pillars and management platforms, in addition, they have the need to provide knowledge of the administrative staff in current management. This fact must be taken into account, because it is considered in two aspects that are for knowledge and use, if you need to understand how it is created, how it is saved, how it is sent, and above all that the information is available to many people.
ICTs should be used to facilitate the management of the administration even through the Internet and appropriate techniques, where the staff achieves with great effort work related to planning and administrative coordination of the educational organization. Currently, it is considered essential that administrative management requires computer equipment where they are involved with technology, showing efficiency before the community inside and outside the same entity. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso, el uso de las Tics en la Gestión Administrativa en la Unidad Educativa “29 de Agosto” de la parroquia Febres Cordero del cantón Babahoyo, provincia de Los Ríos, ha revelado que hay una falta de herramientas tecnológicas, carente de bajo rendimiento donde se realizó entrevistas y encuesta para comprobar el problema del cual se debe el déficit de las Tics. Situación que causa deficiencia de dominio en las actividades a desarrollar en la institución, donde se manifestó ejecutar un taller o capacitación de la utilización del uso de las Tics en la Gestión Administrativa, para mejorar la atención a los estudiantes, padres de familia, personal docente y autoridades educativas; las Tics puede ser uno de los pilares y plataformas de gestión, además, tienen la necesidad de proporcionar conocimiento del personal administrativo en la gestión actual. Se debe tener en cuenta este hecho, por considerarse en dos aspectos que son por conocimiento y uso, si necesitas entender cómo se crea, cómo se guarda, cómo se envía, y sobre todo que la información está disponible para muchas personas.
Las Tics, deben usarse para facilitar la gestión de la administración incluso a través de internet y técnicas apropiadas, donde el personal logre con mucho esfuerzo trabajos relacionados con planificación y coordinación administrativa de la organización educativa. Actualmente se considera indispensable que la gestión administrativa requiera equipos informáticos donde estén involucrados con la tecnología mostrando eficacia ante la comunidad dentro y fuera de la misma entidad. | es_ES |
